  • Graduation from Government recognised University or Institution
  • Preferred: MBA (Banking/ Finance/ Marketing) / Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP /CFA

Salary / Stipend

  • VP Wealth (SRM): CTC Upper Range ₹44.70 Lakhs (Fixed ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
  • AVP Wealth (RM): CTC Upper Range ₹30.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
  • Customer Relationship Executive: CTC Upper Range ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
  • Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
