A Manufacturing Lead is Responsible for leading, co-ordinating and optimizing manufacturing operations.
The role ensures that production targets are met in terms of drawing and supporting files delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting plant engineers.
The Candidate must have Extensive experience (10+ years) in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior engineering role.

Requires a degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering. From an accredited Engineering institute.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Seeks discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information; explains variances.
Organizes and prioritizes the sequence of steps to be taken to remedy the situation.
Identifies many possible causes for a problem based on prior experience and current research.
Quantifies the costs, benefits, risks and chances for success before recommending a course of action.
Approaches a complex problem by breaking it down into its component situation
Chooses among a diverse set of analytical tools according to the nature of the situation.

Evaluate and improve existing fabrication processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Develop new manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions based on engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and quality standards.
Apply advanced manufacturing techniques and lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Design and develop custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures required for specialized fabrication.
Conduct time studies and cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
Responsible for fabrication processes for pressure vessels, piping systems, and other large-scale structures.
Assisting supply specialists and buyers with supplier development and supplier performance. Overseeing the efforts of drafting and testing specialists.
Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents. Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.
Participating in and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimates, and technical reports.
