The Civil & Mechanical Executive will support maintenance, design, and project activities across civil and mechanical domains.
The role requires hands-on technical skills, CAD proficiency for preparing drawings, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2–4 years in mechanical and civil maintenance or project support.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for design and drafting.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, structural design, and construction practices.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and civil infrastructure.
Monitor and report equipment performance and structural conditions.
Prepare and update mechanical and civil drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Support layout planning and design modifications for projects.
Assist in execution of mechanical and civil projects, including installations and renovations.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain records of drawings, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
