Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Total 15+ years of experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in system engineering, with a strong focus on electronics design and integration.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams for 3 years or more
  • Expertise in defining and documenting system architectures, requirements, and interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of various electronic components, circuits, and communication protocols (e.g., analog, digital, RF, power electronics).
  • Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, LTSpice, PSpice).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance for electronic systems.
  • Experience in preparing cost effective product proposal for new opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of electronics system engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Define, develop, and document system architectures for complex electronic products, ensuring adherence to requirements, performance, and cost targets.
  • Translate customer requirements and high-level concepts into detailed system specifications, functional blocks, and interface control documents.
  • Oversee the entire system lifecycle, from concept and design through development, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct trade-off analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
  • Develop and implement robust verification and validation strategies, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in system engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Lead proposals for new product development for electronic product/system
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in electronics and system engineering.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
