Job Overview

The Senior Technical Executive – Electrical will support the planning, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems and infrastructure across the facility or project site. This role involves supervising technical teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and contributing to energy efficiency and reliability initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Should hold valid electrical supervisor license issued by CEIG.
  • 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, project execution, or technical supervision of electrical equipment in a Plant/Industrial set-up.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
  • Proven ability to trouble shoots the control circuits in the complex electrical panels. Operation
  • and maintenance of Gas Insulated Substation, HT Generators, 66KV outdoor yards, 66/11 KV Power Transformers.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs, and energy management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Job Description

  • Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and backup power.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely execution of electrical works.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
  • Support energy management initiatives and recommend improvements for efficiency and sustainability.
  • Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory management of electrical components and tools.
  • Train and supervise junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
