  • Experience - 4 to 6 Year In R&D Department 

Job Description

  • Experience In R&D Field will be Preferred
  • Knowledge & Hands on Experience on GD&T
  • Knowledge & Hands on Experience about Preparation of DFMEA
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Ability create BOM 
  • To perform Design Calculations for spring
  • Knowledge & Hands on Experience on Manufacturing Process (Sheet Metal, Plastics, Casting, Machining….)
  • Hands On Experience on Creo (3D Modeling & Drafting) for Sheet Metal, Plastic, & Casting Parts…
  • Hands On Experience on Ansys
  • Knowledge & Experience on Material selection for Parts & Products 
  • Knowledge & Experience on Products development process
  • Knowledge & Experience on Tools, Jigs & Fixture
  • To prepare feasibility study of product & Parts
  • Testing & Validation of Product as per ISO standard
  • To create critical characteristic of product
  • To perform Design Calculations
  • To validate prototype 
  • To identify & establish standard requirement
  • To support in identification of test labs/ test equipment’s
  • To participate in project audits.
  • Knowledge about standard ISO (9001:2015,14001:2015,45001:2018)
  • Knowledge & Hands on Experience on Inspection Method & Inspection Instruments
  • Knowledge & Hands on Experience on SPM (Special Purpose machine)
