Drive testing of common filter drier tests with enough chemical knowledge to be able to support technical discussions
Drive the coordination of global lab documentation (SOP, work instructions, test guidelines, etc.)
Provide quality test reports with a clear conclusion and recommendation when applicable
Faster, uniform, and better execution on testing
Ensure global workflow of Product Testing
Support of the RAC RD&E in the agile work principles
Support test data management
Local project-task support participation in India

Act as a part of a cross-functional team in test activities arising from Benchmark tests
Participate actively in improvement activities.
Participate in support activities for new product development (NPD) projects.

Maintain robust Product Test Lab while continuously improving quality in documentation and test activities.
