Candidate must have around 9 ~ 11 years of significant professional experience in FEA analysis using FEA tools like Hypermesh, ANSA, Abaqus, Optistruct.
Good experience in meshing (Select the type of mesh, elements, mesh quality, mesh convergence)
Good understanding of Vibration and structural simulations.
Good in the understanding of Automotive Systems
Good problem solving and communication skills
Experience in Automotive HVAC and Thermal components.
Experience in plastic components is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Non-linear material models in simulation.
Perform the Vibration simulations and optimization analysis for HVAC components.
Good knowledge in meshing the parts (Shell-Plastic, Tetra, Hexa).
Candidate should execute (hands-on) the projects and also successfully handle multiple priorities with a team of 4~5 engineers.
Perform structural simulations and solving the simulation convergence issues in Abaqus.
Post-processing and Results interpretation.
Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
Time planning, Tracking, and update the status to customers.
Responsible for the technical skillset improvement of the team members.
Project execution as well as Project management.
Good communication skills and customer interaction.
Organizational and time management skills
