Job Description

  • Sutherland, Airoli (Mumbai) is currently hiring for Customer Service Associate (Voice Process). We are looking for candidates who have good communications Skills, can handle calls related to Mobile broadband and TV Cable.
  • Working Days and Shift : 24*7 (2 Split offs), 9 hours shift between 4:30pm to 10:30am window.
  • Job Location: Airoli
  • Good customer service skills and strong phone etiquette
  • Graduates Freshers or Undergraduates with minimum 1Year+ experience in related domain.
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English)
  • 9 hours of shift window which is in night shifts
  • All interviews will happen on Phone (Video Calls/Zoom/Webex).
