Sunmeister Energy is Hiring for Mechanical Engineer - Fresher

• Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
• Produce outline designs
• Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results
• Test and evaluate theoretical designs
• Implement designs on site and manage projects
• Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
• Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
• Estimate budget and scope of project
• Solicit observations from operators
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods

Key competencies required and other requirements

• A keen interest in environment and energy efficiency
• A minimum of BE degree in Mechanical Engineering without a history of reappearance.
• Preferable: Work experience in Mechanical Engineering or as a Site Engineer
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
• Adequate knowledge of Engineering Analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
• Clear understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, materials science, etc.

Creativity and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner in English
• Technical writing skills in English
• Work experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Finite Element Analysis
• (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is an advantage

Practical Requirements

• Based out of Chennai
• Must be mobile with a valid 2-wheeler license and willing to travel to sites Parameters for Success
