Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field at time of application
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with High attention to details.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
  • Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering solutions. Experience related to SAAS solution development is preferred.
  • Proficient in development technologies : Javascript, CSS, HTML , Java, REST. Exposure to data stores: Cassandra,Elastic search and redshift. is preferred

Job Description

  • Collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and solutions to market.
  • Customers will use WF solution products to expedite their digital adoption journey. You need research on customer needs related to digital adoption of business processes, design & develop product features, implement integrations with other software systems and do optimization related to performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Lead technical engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  • Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
  • Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive existing and new product feature adoption across Customers and GTM teams.
  • Respond to the customer escalation for technical issues relating to solution product and coordinate with Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams to provide resolution.
