Responsible for Internal Audits.
Responsible for Process and Product Audits in Plant.
Responsible for Supplier QAV 1 Audit.
Responsible for Contingency Simulation in Plant.
Responsible to conduct MRM and Data Preparation / Collection from throughout the Plant.
Monthly Collection of Quality Objectives from Throughout the Plant.
Monitoring of Quality Manual and All MR related documents whether there is required to change anything or not.
Quality Circle Committee Day to day follow up and Meetings with Committee members and Plant.
Process audit performed as an Auditor, Reporting and Closing.Responsible for IATF 16949, Second party QAV 1 Audit and Third Party / Customer Audits QAV 1.
Responsible for all the Procedures review and update as per requirement.
Risk Management Committee Day to day follow up and Meetings with Committee members and Plant.
Audits (Process, Product, Internal System, Supplier QAV 1)
Analysis and Worst areas identification and summarize.
