Eligibility Criteria

  • Familiar with international material standards and specifications.
  • Experience in the design, and preparation of mechanical data sheets and specifications.
  • Experience in vendor offer evaluation, preparation of TBA, and review of vendor drawings/calculations.
  • Experience in the engineering of Petrochemical / Oil & Gas projects.
  • Should have functioned as Senior Design Engineer for projects which are already implemented. •Exposure to FEA or Package Equipment Engineering
  • Ability to carry out design optimization through Value Engineering and cost-effective alternate designs.

Job Description

  • Shall function as Senior Designer for Static Equipments like Reactors, Drums, Columns, Heat Exchangers
  • Should be able to interface with other departments like Piping, and Civil while preparing the 3D models.
  • Should have working knowledge of Auto CAD and be able to prepare GA and other detail drawings including foundation load data, etc •Prepare the 3D modeling in PDS software of Static Equipment like Drums, Reactors, Filters, Columns, Heat Exchangers, etc,
  • Preparation of Mechanical items like pumps, compressors, skids, structures, and platforms, which is in the scope of the static equipment group.
